This track is one of the three tracks that plays whenever you initiate ship combat in Master of Orion II. While I'm not that big a fan of this particular track, it's definitely been etched into my memory since you tend to have a lot of ship combat in Master of Orion II (especially if you come up against aggressive races); it wouldn't be amiss in an age of sail film to be honest, it's got a "Master & Commander" feel to it.
And there's really not much more to say, except don't play Klackons especially when you're allied with the Psilons...
